Claudio Nobbio

Journalist and expert of tourism and gastronomy, Claudio Nobbio got his degree in Political Sciences in Florence discussing the same day as the restaurateur Fabio Picchi. With the anchorman Federico Fazzuoli he proposed the cuisine in TV with “Linea Verde”. Memorable the table with 3800 guests arrived in Viareggio from all Europe to taste caciucco.
Honorary President of the Hotel Managers Association and director of its House organ, he is author of numerous editions of cuisine and manuals besides the poems book Fighting Lizards, illustrated by Karel Appel (City Lights 1988). In 2004 he published for Polistampa his first novel Bucare la luna. After long periods abroad, he spends his rime among Florence, Venice, Sanremo and Cote d’Azur.
