Samuele Caciagli

Simone Caciagli, architect, graduated at the University of Florence with the degree thesis on the architectural and decorative worksite of Palazzo Corsini in Parione. From 2007 to 2014 he was professor of Monuments Restoration and Institution of Architectural Restoration and of Monuments at the University of Florence. He works in Florence at Santa Maria del Fiore Opera. He’s author of essays on architecture, Baroque painting, protection and conservation of Beni culturali and landscape. For Polistampa, he was among the author of Poggio Casciano. Un paesaggio restaurato (curated by Francesco Gurrieri, «Antico Fattore» prize of the Accademia dei Georgofili, 2011) and among the authors of Le Piazze di Firenze / The Piazzas of Florence (curated by Francesco Gurrieri, 2014).
